• You don't have to disclose your modifications of the Works
• You don't have to disclose other works incorporating the Works

Conditions

• You must disclose and attribute source of the Works
• You must retain licence and copyright notice of the Works

Limitations

We don't...

• We don't have any liability arising from or in connection with the Works and its use
• We don't give any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We don't grant any trademark rights related to any recognizable signs, designs, and expressions identifying the Works

Uses and Fees

• Both non-commercial and private - free
  • Private use (e.g. personal hobby project at home)
  • Academic use (e.g. group term research project at school)
• Both pre-commercial and non-public - free
  • Evaluation use (e.g. sample trial project for assessment)
  • Prototyping use (e.g. under-development project prior to any public release)
• Either commercial or public - licence fee
  • Product, service, or alike use (e.g. any for-profit product or service)
  • Public use (e.g. any for-profit or not-for-profit public use)

Licence Fee

• One-time payable licence fee per distinct product, service, public use, or alike

  ("distinct" means a specific instance (such as make and model) e.g. mobile device MobDev-III, mobile device MobDev-IV, service Serv-Alpha available to general population, service Serv-Omega available to specific audience, public website www.PubSite.net, or intranet site http://192.168.98.113)
• Entitles unlimited use of the licensed version of the Works for the product, service, public use, or alike

  ("unlimited" refers to individual units or uses of the same licensed make and model e.g. licence for MobDev-III (make and model) product allows unlimited number of MobDev-III units to be manufactured and sold, or licence for http://192.168.98.113 intranet service allows for unlimited number of local users or page views)

• Allows use of any improvements, fixes, drafts, and builds (.minor.patch-draft+build) of the licensed (major.) version of the Works

• Is not transferable to another product, service, public use, or alike

• Licence fee for the Works (version 8) is £45.00 (forty five pounds sterling)
